I have moved in for about 3 weeks now and my experience with Bookbinder so far has been really positive, I enjoy how close it is to everything around the area. In addition, Alyna is very quick on response if I ever need anything at all. Overall, absolutely 110% recommended 👍🏼

Was not able to make an appointment online, system was being weird! Just decided to show up and ask for a tour, Alyna was very sweet and accommodating! She asked me if I could wait a couple minutes as she finished up some work, offered me a seat in the office and there was free coffee which I appreciated! I was looking for an affordable spacious one bedroom, she showed me around and walked at my pace - answering any questions I had and was patient. She showed me all the amenities, gym, patio, market etc. Still looking at other options but would recommend it here!!

Did a tour with Alyna on Monday, excited to say that I love the layouts and floor plans of the apartments! Just what I’m looking for. Appreciated that they had free coffee in the office, and a little area to sit in before the tour. Alyna was very accommodating showing me around, answering my questions, and going at my pace. The amenities are not too bad, they have good size patios, a decent gym, and nice pool for summer! Really considering residing here

I recently moved into this apartment, and I'm really pleased with my decision. The building is fairly new, and it shows—everything is clean and well-maintained. The amenities are a big plus, especially the small gym and the cozy open grill area on the terrace. The unit itself is in excellent condition and came with all the necessary appliances, which made settling in easy. What really stood out, though, was the support from the building manager, Alyna. She made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free, always available to answer my questions and provide assistance whenever needed. While a large building has recently gone up on the west side, blocking what might have been a view, it hasn't affected the natural light in the unit, so I don't find it to be a major drawback. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience here and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Moved in a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it here. Management is great and super responsive and helpful! Alayna is awesome and helped make the move in process super smooth and easy! The community is great and the place is quiet and comfortable, neighbors are super friendly. Would definitely recommend living here.

This is a great and quiet place to live! The property manager, Chase, is next level amazing. I've never interacted with anyone in my years of renting that is so friendly and helpful. In this market the rent price is decent, but of course everything is overpriced for a cracker box. But the units are new and the building is safe. I'm marking it down one star for the location (it's next to the State Liquor Store, is popular with un-housed individuals, and it's not the most clean or safe-feeling area for a single woman at times) and of course the crazy price on rent for a small studio apartment with very little amenities. However, overall, it's a wonderful little starter for me after my divorce and I would recommend it if it's just you and a partner or a dog or cat.

I love these apartments! Very comfortable in Downtown, with a beautiful view, close to all the necessary infrastructure. Quiet, friendly: everything for a comfortable life. My experience with Bookbinder so far has been incredible. Chase, the property manager, made everything SO easy and seemless. He always makes time for me. He goes above and beyond. For example, he helped me bring my groceries to my door yesterday - I've never had a property manager do that for me before. He is always so responsive and made the move-in process stress free. Everyone at Bookbinder is so nice. One of my new neighbors helped me move some of my furniture. It's a very welcoming environment. Finally, the price is super ideal and the cheapest I could find in the area. They included two month of free rent! I couldn't be happier with my choice to join the Bookbinder community.

Great new apartment in downtown, Chase is very friendly and helpful and the apartments are built well. Good heating and cooling and noise from neighbors is not very noticeable. Having a private gym is an extremely nice amenity and I have 0 complaints after living here for a few weeks now. Security is also top notch and very friendly.

This place has been so great! Riley the property manager goes above and beyond to make sure all of the residents are in the loop about what's going on and making us feel valued as residents. He is so on top of things and I've never had to wait when there is an issue with anything. Top quality customer service. I love my apartment, the location is so convenient. I would say the only things are that the finishing work of the apartment was not superb, the construction crew did not do a good job of painting the baseboards or doing the caulking on the windows and doors. It's more of just a cosmetic detail though and doesn't affect the functionality at all. Also the fridge is not full size. It's fine for a single adult but would get tight if you had more people. I've had a great experience so far!
