Great new apartment in downtown, Chase is very friendly and helpful and the apartments are built well. Good heating and cooling and noise from neighbors is not very noticeable. Having a private gym is an extremely nice amenity and I have 0 complaints after living here for a few weeks now. Security is also top notch and very friendly.
I love everything about living at the Bookbinder! Great location, amenities, and atmosphere. Property manager is a gem and incredibly accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking to live in a downtown environment!
A great apartment complex thats near everything downtown and an amazing manager with phenomenal communication. Any issues Iâve had or that have occurred were handled swiftly and I was kept informed with everything.

This apartment complex is so close to everything! Especially love the distance to the farmers market, commute is also a couple blocks away. So far everything has been amazing . Riley (Manager) does an incredible job! He is always on top of everything and has the best personality!
