Riley is amazing. He's the best property manager I've ever had actually. I love this building, my apartment, my neighbors, and ever-growing amenities. It feels so safe to live here and I hope to be a long-term resident.

Lots of great amenities, and close to everything downtown! Riley, the manager, is fantastic: very responsive and on top of everything.

This apartment complex is so close to everything! Especially love the distance to the farmers market, commute is also a couple blocks away. So far everything has been amazing . Riley (Manager) does an incredible job! He is always on top of everything and has the best personality!

I am super impressed with quite a few things about the Bookbinder, but Riley the manager has been the best! He is super helpful, very friendly, and helped me secure the exact apartment (and balcony) I wanted. Thank you, Riley!!

UPDATE: I’m updating my review to include the on-site security guard, Danny. He is literally the sweetest human and always says hello/checks in with me. Danny rocks! I am super impressed with quite a few things about the Bookbinder, but Riley the manager has been the best! He is super helpful, very friendly, and helped me secure the exact apartment (and balcony) I wanted. Thank you, Riley!!
